This blend of colloidal silver, zinc, peppermint oil and filtered water is great for spraying in your throat this cold/flu season. As a preventative, spray 2 squirts in your throat 1/2 times a day. To treat a sore throat or germ exposure, 2 quirts every 3 hours.
